First class for any collector!!! February 9, 2008 J. D. Leslie (Arlington, Tennessee USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful

NOT A TOY!!! December 21, 2008 Kyle E. Peek 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
At first I was skeptical to build this guy, because it is the biggest lego set I've built to date (1000+ Peices). It is pretty intimidating when you open the box and see every single piece, but with this set I just happened to find the peice I was looking for when I needed it during construction, I guess that is part of the brilliance of the Lego brand.
This model is huge and the head is very flimsy, if it wasn't for this one rubber band that Lego included, the head would be falling apart all over the place, so kudos to Lego for that rubber band, that saved this set for me.
Something else that should be kept in mind is that this set is not a toy, there are no mini-figs, its pretty much strictly for collectors and people that enjoy building Lego sets and don't have a problem putting them aside, any attempt to play with this thing it will break due to it's sheer size, detail level and flimsiness.
Other than that, you can't be the price of [...] bucks. That is the reason I purchased this set and was blown away by the size and detail level of the model, it looks like something you would spend [...] dollars on, So I am incredibly happy with it. Love it!
Fun Building Project January 7, 2009 Busy Mom My 9 year old son loves this lego project. It's not a project that is durable for playing. I made the purchase based on having fun with following instructions and to end up with a nice project.
AT-ST is a great LEGO set January 20, 2009 J. Taylor (Raleigh, NC) I've always been a LEGO lover at heart. The AT-ST is another fine LEGO set in the Star Wars line. It is more of a collectors item though, I'll warn you. If your buying this for your 8 year old son, don't. Not that it is fragile, but it is certainly not as durable as some of their sets.
I have it up in my office displayed.
Fun Lego to build February 11, 2009 Jose PEDRO FIGUEIRA (Rogers, AR USA) I thouroughly enjoyed put this model together. It is a very good looking model but fragile. Great fun!
